Madrid, April 20, 2026.– H/Advisors and Esade Alumni have reached an agreement to launch a series of strategic dialogues aimed at addressing some of Spain’s main economic, political, and social challenges, in a context marked by uncertainty, accelerating technological change, and the need to strengthen the quality of public policies.

The collaboration will take shape through a series of regular meetings throughout 2026, to be held במסגרת the Esade Alumni Public Leadership Club—an established forum that brings together professionals from the public and private sectors committed to improving governance, public leadership, and the positive impact of institutions.

These meetings will bring together public officials, business executives, and academic experts with the aim of creating a rigorous, plural, and constructive space for exchange—one that enables the comparison of analyses, the anticipation of trends, and contributes to a better understanding of the challenges facing the country.

At a time of profound transformation and high complexity, both institutions agree on the need to promote thoughtful, high-quality dialogue that fosters understanding among the different stakeholders involved in public decision-making.

Listening to government officials and academic experts, as well as business leaders with extensive experience in managing complex organizations, is key to fostering constructive exchange between the public and private sectors and to contributing to the design of more effective, innovative public policies aligned with the general interest.

The H/ORIZONTES initiative

This dialogue series is part of H/ORIZONTES, an initiative promoted by H/Advisors aimed at anticipating the country’s major challenges and improving decision-making through a combination of analysis and strategic dialogue. Under the approach “Think ahead. Act today,” the initiative seeks not only to identify trends but also to facilitate conversations that help translate that knowledge into action.

The agreement with Esade Alumni represents one of the first developments of H/ORIZONTES, which is expected to incorporate new milestones and lines of work in the coming months.

“From Esade Alumni, we promote spaces for participation within our community that enrich public debate and foster understanding of a complex environment, with the aim of encouraging responsible and informed leadership,” said Patricia Valentí, Director of Esade Alumni.

“This initiative is born with the intention of creating dialogue spaces that are useful and decision-oriented, at a time when it is more necessary than ever to anticipate and understand ongoing changes,” said Alfonso Alonso, co-CEO of H/Advisors.
