From an early age, she demonstrated an innate interest in communication and institutional relations, which led her to pursue studies in Political Science and Public Administration at Pompeu Fabra University. During her academic journey, Munsa actively participated in various international conferences, notably collaborating with the MUNSA Conference, a platform that brings together students worldwide to debate global policies.

Upon completing her academic training, she began her professional career in the public sector, holding key positions within the local administration of Barcelona. Her ability to manage complex projects and establish effective connections between different entities positioned her as an influential figure in promoting cultural and economic initiatives within the city.

Her transition to the private sector materialized with her incorporation into Acento, and took on the leadership of the Barcelona office. From this position, she has been responsible for directing strategies that connect companies and public institutions, facilitating constructive dialogue and promoting policies that benefit both the business sector and society at large.

Under her leadership, the Barcelona office has experienced significant growth, expanding its client portfolio and strengthening its presence in the field of public affairs. Munsa has implemented innovative methodologies that integrate political analysis with communication strategies, ensuring that her clients’ initiatives align with current regulations and trends.
